Here on Maui the wind blows about 5-6 days a week and even when the forecast calls for no wind, there's wind for racing. So with that said it's about time we start a Kite Racing group. On this blog we will try to share what's going on in Maui with the race scene. As of now all we have is an amateur event that Naish puts on in the summer. But with guys like Paolo Rista and Alex Aguera living on island designing and testing fins and boards. We need a real race event to bring racers from all over the world to experience the conditions Maui hast to offer.
